02 · Approach
Built a guided intake (goals, skills, constraints), then routed it through an LLM with retrieval over a curated skills-to-role graph. Output is a milestone-based roadmap with weekly actions and resource picks.
03 · Outcome
Cut the time from 'I don't know where to start' to 'I have a 12-week plan' down to a single conversation. Tested with 30+ engineering students.
